Start-up and Commissioning
The start-up and commissioning program provides site installation supervision, start-up, commissioning, spare parts planning, and training on instrumentation by a qualified Measurement Instrumentation Services technical specialist. The customer may choose to tailor their start-up and commissioning contract to include all or a portion of the available services in this package.
Customer Training
The customer training program enables customer maintenance staff to diagnose and resolve common problems with the knowledge and skills acquired through the training. The program includes installation, operation, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Planned Service Program
This program allows customers to maintain their instrumentation and processes at peak performance through regularly scheduled site maintenance visits by a qualified Measurement Instrumentation Services technical specialist. Included in the package are pre-scheduled site visits to check, calibrate, and upgrade HART Communicators and to provide customer training updates. Planned service contracts are tailored to site specific needs.
Demand Service Program
The Demand Service program provides those services needed to bring a customer’s failed instrumentation back online quickly.
