Product Support is available to customers who need more technical help and engineering support for the Spartan Product offering. An example of this may be torque ratings, relief valve sizing, or severe service issues. This support may have a cost associated with its use. Please contact us for more information. 

eDirect 

eDirect  is an online tool for selecting and purchasing Fisher, Rosemount, AMOT, ASCO and other oil and gas production products. Download more information on order entry process.

eDirect serves only Supply Store and Instrument Contractor Customers, and usage requires pre-registration. If you would like an eDirect account, please call 780-468-8484, or contact your Direct Controls sales representative. 

What's New on eDirect

Parts and Instructions Manuals

You can now access Parts and Instruction Manuals for Fisher regulators, valves, controllers, and products from other manufacturers such as ASCO and Rosemount. Just select Find Documentation from the new Documentation menu and look up the manuals you want. Most documents are in PDF format.

Enhancements for rapid order entry

If you already know the model number or part number, you can now quickly purchase Fisher regulators, valves, controllers, Fisher parts, or other products such as ASCO and AMOT. Just go to the Rapid Order Entry section and type the model/part numbers you want. Enter the quantities for each item and click Add to Order. You can enter up to 15 items at a time from any of the products and parts we sell. You are no longer restricted to only parts in this section.
